In an effort to reshape how career education happens at the university, UNC Charlotte’s career center recently made the transition away from a traditional “liaison model” towards an “industry cluster” concept. This webinar will explore the year long process of data analysis/research/debate, the work done to restructure the office and services, implementation, and what we have learned in the first full semester. Participants will gain a perspective on what it took to move this process forward, the successes and challenges the career center experienced, and the surprises encountered along the way. This presentation will consist of a short slide deck followed by Q&A.
