The Career Counselor is an integral member of the Center and must be able to work in a team oriented collegiate environment. The Assistant Director is responsible for providing career exploration, counseling and outreach, and job search counseling to students, alumni and faculty in the Beaver College of Health Sciences.

The Director of Professional Development engages in short-term and long-term planning and manages the budget and the activities of the unit to achieve goals related to professional development for undergraduate students in the Belk College. This person guides overall visioning and goal setting for the unit and directs the creation and delivery of innovative programming.

Associate Director fo Employer Management

The Associate Director for Employer Management has primary responsibility for maintaining employer operations and customer service to existing relationships in order to manage the continuous connections between students and employment opportunities. Additionally, he/she will coordinate the University Professional Internship Program and activities in collaboration with academic and other departments.
