The Director of the Career Center provides leadership and vision for the department in an effort to maintain and expand UNC Pembroke’s comprehensive career services for students and alumni. The Director of the Career Center provides strategic direction for all career development programs and services, including employer relations, career counseling, job search assistance, graduate school counseling, and internship development.

Student Employment Coordinator

The Student Employment Coordinator oversees all processes of the Office of Student Employment including​ ​on-campus student employment, developmental outreach and training to students and their supervisors, providing a leadership role for the Federal Work Study Program,​ ​identifying off-campus jobs, and​ ​hosting​ ​events for students to connect and network with off-campus employment opportunities.

Graduate Assistant for Career Development

The Center for Career Development Graduate Assistant (GA) will work alongside full-time professional staff members to assist with one-to-one career advising for all class years. Associate Director, MA Market Readiness & Employment

In collaboration with the Market Readiness and Employment Center of Excellence, designs, develops, implements and evaluates strategies and processes for all market readiness and employment support and services for assigned degrees(s). Provides comprehensive and exemplary career coaching services, career resources and activities to a program specific student population of the School of Business to achieve annual employment goals and to ensure timely employment of all graduates.
