The Senior Associate Director of Employer Engagement & Recruiting will lead the employer engagement and recruiting function for the five UNC Kenan-Flagler MBA programs, as well as for the School-wide alumni population. This position directly manages employer outreach, business development, strategy sessions, communications, recruiting events, and the overall employer strategy for the department.

The Career Development Counselor is responsible for providing counseling services on an individual and group basis to students and alumni, and coordinating and supervising career planning programs and resources to assist them with all stages of the career development process.
