Senior Associate Director of Employer Engagement and Recruiting

The Senior Associate Director of Employer Engagement & Recruiting will lead the employer engagement and recruiting function for the five UNC Kenan-Flagler MBA programs, as well as for the School-wide alumni population. This position directly manages employer outreach, business development, strategy sessions, communications, recruiting events, and the overall employer strategy for the department.

Career Development Counselor

The Career Development Counselor is responsible for providing counseling services on an individual and group basis to students and alumni, and coordinating and supervising career planning programs and resources to assist them with all stages of the career development process. The Career Development Counselor will utilize interest, values, and personality inventories to assist students with major and career decisions.

Employer Development Coordinator

The Employer Development Coordinator manages and maintains purposeful relationships with external and campus partners to increase the number of internship, full-time and networking opportunities available for undergraduate and graduate students at UNCW. This role will support programming, operations, events, and customer-service as related to the Employer Development and Career Center teams.

Assistant Director of Internships

The Assistant Director serves as a lead for the internship program at Western Carolina University by managing faculty relations, working with the employer relations team, and creating student development components of the internship program. This person will also manage and cultivate signature internship programs to provide additional experiential learning opportunities for students.
