The Associate Director will serve a dual role. They will provide leadership and vision to strategically direct comprehensive university-wide career development programming, supervise a team of professionals providing direct career services to students, and serve as the career coach for the Reich College of Education. The Associate Director will serve as a member of the Career Development Center Leadership Team. They will supervise the team of professionals providing direct career services to students. This position will report to the Director of Career Development and Economic Engagement. The successful candidate must be able to work in a team oriented, collegial environment.
