MENTOR PROGRAM

NCACE is a vibrant, welcoming organization filled with career services and employer members known for promoting collaboration and best practice sharing around the employment of college students and alumni in North Carolina. With this in mind, the Association provides various avenues for professional development and networking throughout the state.The

NCACE Mentor Program is a year-long opportunity to connect with another member with the intended goal to:

• Develop a 1:1 relationship with another NCACE member & build your network
• Share knowledge, tips, tricks, and lessons learned
• Learn new approaches and ways of doing your work with more impact
• Utilize a sounding board with someone outside your current organization
