The Western, Central, and Eastern Reps of NCACE are proud to present Career Season Fair Debrief: Sharing Success and Scaries. This is a new virtual networking event that will allow employers and colleges to come together and talk about emerging trends they saw in 2026 for Career Fairs. This event is a great way for both employers and college career center to debrief the career fair season and build stronger connections with one another.

Calling all NC Employer Relations Staff! Join higher education career center representatives from across the state for one hour each month to discuss the evolving landscape of recruiting trends and challenges. Each session now features a guest employer representative who shares insights about their organization. All are welcome. Meeting are not recorded and all note-taking apps will be declined.
When: Fourth Monday of every month at 2:00 p.m.

Mark your calendars! The NCACE Employer Engagement Committee is excited to invite you to our third annual Employer Summit event on Friday, November 13th at the Fastenal Distribution Center in High Point, NC.
This event will bring together early career employer stakeholders, as well as employer relations university partners to collaborate on strategies for enhancing employer engagement with students, share best practices and successes and discuss macro trends impacting the early career recruitment landscape.

The Directors' Summit is a great opportunity for career directors from across the State of North Carolina (colleges, universities, and community colleges) to gather with the intent of sharing information, developing a strong network of career colleagues, and hearing from professionals in the field. The summit will feature workshops, sessions, panels, and speakers on hot topics in today’s higher education career services field.
Registration fee of $50.00 is to cover food and parking expenses.
Registration opens September 8! If the registration fee prohibits you from attending the summit, scholarships are available.
