It’s been a year since AI was discussed at the 2024 Conference—so what have you done with it since then? This session will explore
how career services professionals can incorporate AI into their work, focusing on the use of AI for career evaluation, exploration, and
execution in collaboration with students, alumni, and colleagues. Presenter will share experiences, insights, and data on utilizing AI
across various aspects of career services, including career exploration, resume and professional document evaluation, interview
preparation, and communication. Participants will also learn about the potential pitfalls and ethical considerations of AI in professional
practice. Through interactive activities like think-pair-share, attendees will have the opportunity to discuss and exchange strategies,
challenges, and successes in using AI within their own roles. By the end of the session, attendees will evaluate their current AI practices
and walk away with actionable ideas for integrating AI into their work with students, alumni, and colleagues.
